Seen Obese Fruit Eater?

There are many ways to lose weight. Some of them are deadly, dangerous and stupid.

It’s unfortunate how many lies and misinformation there are out there on websites and in the guruish diet books. But it’s this kind of mind crap that keeps people in the failure mode.

Human physiology is that meat eating is not in any way natural or healthy for humans. Sure eating meat may not be the worst thing you can do, but its miles from ideal.

What about the bad breath and all of the supplements you have to take on this diet.

Have you ever thought about the fact that there’s no fiber in meat? Will cause some heavy duty constipation compared to eating your natural diet of fresh, ripe and raw fruits and vegetables.
Anyone who’s been eating cooked food for years is much sicker than he or she can imagine. And it takes time for your body to adapt to eating raw fruits and vegetables.

There’s a transition and a heavy detox period and so it can take you some time to adapt to the new fuels and fibers that are in raw foods but not cooked foods. Or for all I know you have problems with apples. Many people do. It’s not a fruit native to our natural habitat of the tropics.

There’s no problem in eating fruit but just that your body is not yet adjusted to eating fruit. If your body had to make adaptations to eat the cooked matter that goes into your body it will take some time to adjust back to a more natural diet as well.

I don’t get tired when I eat fruit unless I didn’t sleep enough the night before. Then I’d be tired no matter what I ate because eating requires a lot of energy and if you haven’t slept enough, eating fruit or anything for that matter can make you tired.

There are billions of people eating fruit and I doubt they’re all getting tired after eating them. Why would they continue if eating fruit if it was always making them tired?

This again, is something that you’re body will adapt to over time. After all the most prominent and first human taste bud to develop is the taste for sweet. We are born with a sweet tooth. It’s natural for us to eat fruit but far from it to eat meat.

Well this is just one perspective. We all have to eat. Some of us just eat lower on the food chain. But eventually, we’ll be eaten by the bacteria, fungi, worms and plants after we’re dead. Most of us eat vegetables and we have to kill the plant in order to do that as well.

If I believed eating meat was my natural diet, I’d have no problem doing so. I eat this way for health reasons. And I don’t like or enjoy harming animals, but that was not my primary motivation.

I just want to experience peak happiness, peak performance and peak living in Superbeing style. Eating 100% raw is the fast track to a super-powerful, Superhero living.

So get your mind straight. Either you believe we should eat meat and that it’s natural and healthy for you, or you don’t.

Sure if you eat too many calories of fruit or meat or anything else you’ll put on weight. But it’s so hard to overeat most fruits and much easier to overeat on the dense calories of cooked food.

In truth for every 100 calories of fat eaten only 3 calories are burned in converting it to body fat. Yet for every 100 calories of fruit eaten it takes about 27 calories or so to turn it into body fat.

Therefore even if you manage to overeat calories from fruit — which is very hard to do by the way — your body will rather burn the excess calories than going through the extra effort of converting it into fat.
I’ve Never Seen An Obese Fruit Eater

Just realize I’ve never seen an exclusive raw fruit and vegetable eating obese person. When you eat 100% raw and eat lots of fruits and vegetables you’ll simply have to lose weight. It’s actually hard to put on fat.

Fruits and vegetables are the ideal dieting foods. They are the highest nutrients per calorie and they are the lowest calorie foods per weight or volume. So you get to eat way more food on a raw food diet as well.

For some people it takes a bit of time because their body is putting healing as a higher priority than weight loss. But over time you’ll start to see the amazing effects of what can happen to your health and in that same regard weight loss.
