Your busy schedules may not allow you to pay any attention to your daily routines, number of sleep hours and your favorite food but your body system is maintaining a regular account. It is adding on to the quantum of inflammation.
Do you know that chronic inflammation in the body may give rise to problems like diabetes, heart disease, cancer and Alzheimer disease? It may give rise to painful and swollen joints which may affect your mobility
Our body has inbuilt system to control inflammation and even repair every part provided it gets some opportunity (rest) for maintenance. Alternatively the inflammation keeps on adding up. The built up inflammation may strike as shooting pain, Cervical or back pain or some other problem which may need a regular treatment.
Traditional treatment would be anti-inflammatory drugs whereas natural ways to fight inflammation avoid undesirable side-effects
Our regular food makes a big difference. We usually prefer to enjoy fatty and non-vegetarian food or even processed food. All this food gives rise to inflammation and obesity.
Fresh whole foods, such as lean proteins, fruits, and vegetables are considered anti-inflammatory. Healthy whole foods can decrease inflammation and ease the pain and discomfort associated with it.
Use this handy list of the best and worst foods for controlling inflammation:
Anti-inflammatory foods: Atlantic Salmon (wild), Fresh whole, fruits, vegetables, Bright multi-colored vegetables, Green tea, Water
Olive oil, Lean poultry, Nuts, legumes and seeds, Dark green leafy vegetables, Old fashioned oatmeal, Spices, especially Turmeric and Ginger
Inflammatory foods: Sugar, from any source, Processed foods, French Fries, Fast Foods, White bread, Pasta, Ice Cream, Cheddar Cheeses, Snack Foods, Vegetable and corn oil, Soda, caffeine and alcohol
Beside dietary changes, regular exercise, 7-9 hours of sleep, and maintaining a healthy weight, will help in reducing inflammation.
