A young boy with blinding headache was trying to find some medicine to gain relief but there was no way out. It was an Exhibition-Fair Complex.

He was fortunate to find a gentleman who placed his one hand on the boy’s head and applied mild pressure on some point. The boy was amazed to find that the pain had vanished.

A medical doctor was not able to overcome from a regular mild pain in the head. He consulted specialists and undergone certain recommended tests but no medicine could prove helpful. An open hand was placed on his head and little pulsating pressure was applied on his head for 20 seconds, twice a day for five days. The headache was relieved.

A lady was suffering from severe Migraine pain, which used to bother her 3-4 times in a week. No medicine or injection could offer her any relief. She was also treated with mild pulsating pressure on her head with all the fingers (open hand) for 20 seconds, twice a day for 15 days. The pain subsided and she experienced relief. The pain reoccurred but the intensity of the pain was very mild.

All the above cases are not the result of any miracle. The idea is to improve blood circulation in skull region by applying mild pulsating pressure with a hand. The duration of the pressure should not be more than 20 seconds at a time.

Mild Head massage has been found helpful but only up to some extent. The open hand offers better results provided one has the right guidance.

Breathing exercise has also offered very positive results in case of Migraine, severe headache and sinus problems. The results would be visible only after 30 days. The exercise has to be performed for 20 minutes every day.
