There are easier ways to solve our worries, fears, anger, anxiety or any negative emotions:
1. Accept that you are suffering from worries, fears, anger, anxiety or any negative emotions or depression.
2. Write down on a paper your all feelings. Try to analyze it. Access who is responsible for the feelings. It could be other’s fault or your own fault. Try to suggest some solution to that problem. You will surely see the light at the end of the tunnel. You will find yourself very much relaxed.
3. Gain faith in yourself and try to remember your achievements and strength. Think about positive things. Every high rise building has first step which leads to the top.
4. Your confidence in yourself will improve the working of your body systems. People suffering from chronic ailments could recover to normal life by positive thinking and trusting themselves. Healthy mind leads to the healthy body.

Acupressure remedies for reducing depression, anxiety and fears:

1. Rub the back side of each palm- 40 times in 20 seconds, thrice a day.
2. Press tips of your four fingers on the extended bone of fore-finger, at the back of your palm and give 60 intermittent mild pressures, thrice a day.
3. Identify a point in the center of the inner side of your each wrist and give 60 intermittent pressures, thrice a day.
