Heard about the pineapple diet and want to find out how it works?
Follow these steps:
Prepare an eating plan for the pineapple diet covering the next 7-10 days. The pineapple diet is meant to be a supplemental diet, not the only thing you eat for weeks on end.
Next, plan on three small meals and two snacks (snacks are all pineapple) a day. Eating smaller meals frequently is part of the pineapple diet, and common diet knowledge.
Then choose the two days a week that will be your “all pineapple days.” Basically on these days you eat pineapple and water and that’s it, before going back to a normal eating plan. These days should not be consecutive.
It takes a lot of will power, but keep with it, and if you’re eating reasonable low fat, low calorie meals along with the water and pineapple, you should see results fairly quickly.
