Our body is tensed for most of the times. The reasons could be many, namely, Work pressure, cost inflation, children’s education and repayment of different loans & mortgages may be some of the reasons which keep on mounting our tensions. It results into sleepless nights.
The medicines are no solution except it badly affects the health.
