1. Glide on knee: While sitting in a chair, hold your knee and massage it slowly with your both hands for around 2-minutes.
2. Hold front of your knee, squeeze a little then release the pressure. Continue it for 60-seconds.
3. Massage the muscles around the knee bone, on the upper side and lower side of the knee.
4. Hold your knee with both hands and apply medium pressure on the complete knee joint.
5. Massage the muscles at the back of your knee.
6. Pat the knee joint region with open hands for 90-seconds.
7. Close your eyes and breathe deeply.
